Challenges and Solutions
One of the biggest challenges was getting all the necessary components up to the penthouse. Given the building’s height and structure, this required careful planning and execution. The Axis Lifts team tackled this by using the building’s main lift and breaking down the lift components into smaller sections, making transportation and assembly much more manageable.

Innovative Features
The lift featured several innovative elements. The entire shaft was made of glass, maintaining the penthouse’s sophisticated look and beautiful views from the staircase. A new double-door system was implemented, using bypassing doors that are fully automated. This design was crucial due to space limitations, as a sliding door lift wasn’t feasible due to limited space in the stairwell.
The client is extremely satisfied with the outcome. Despite the obstacle of tight space within the stairwell, Axis Lifts managed to install a lift that seamlessly integrated with the penthouse’s high-end design. The lift not only provided essential functionality but also blended in perfectly with the home’s luxurious decor.

We chose the Aritco Home Compact Lift – 3 stops Platform lift with large glass panels. We are extremely happy with our choice as the lift is beautiful and suits in well with our home. After getting other quotes, we found Axis Lifts from Upper Coomera Queensland, competitive with price and very professional. The Aritco Lift is Made in Sweden, was the superior, stylish, modern product overall. The finish, design and quality control were awesome. We chose the Black frame with the large glass panels, design wall – skyline. The platform floor to match our stairs in steel checker plate. It has the double automatic glass swing doors that are elegant and quiet. From ordering, the lift was made quickly in Sweden to our specifications. We waited for delivery which was the only lengthy part, but knew where it was at all times (with tracking). Once arrived, it was a quick install piece by piece building it up via the platform. Interesting to watch. The company and the workers were meticulous, professional and hard working and knew their product well with no issues. This is an honest, hardworking business that has a modern superior product. We have no hesitation recommending Axis Lifts for your project.
